Honda CB400X belongs to 400cc range bikes with siblings Honda CBR400R and CB400F having the same core power but differ from body styles. CB400X is a dual purpose motorbike having the tourer and adventurer characteristics. Its heart is 396cc with twin four valve water cooled motor. CB400X have been released by Honda and were delighted to inform that these new bikes crank out 46 ps @ 9500 rpm giving you ultimate performance and a peak torque of 37Nm @ 7500 rpm. Also its engine is mated with 6 speed transmission and there should be a 320 mm single petal disc in the front while a single 240mm petal disc located at the rear. The fuel consumption has been rated at 39.7 kms per litre under standard test conditions. What makes CB400X the ideal bikes in its class is the 400cc range power output, which may seem just numbers, but surely made a great impact when making a purchase decision. Since the 500s were restricted to just 46.9 bhp due to legislative norms, thankfully the 400s in the Asian markets do not have to face any such restrictions. Honda CB400X is available in three colours: Pearl Sunbeam White, Matt Black Powder Gun Metallic and Candy Prominence Red colours.
