Honda CBR1000RR HRC Higlights

Inspired by its siblings, Honda CBR1000RR HRC has upgraded power and torque because it carries the 999cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder. In order to meet the demands of the sports bike riders, Honda re-shaped the exhaust ports and inlet with a polished inclined gas chamber to make it fuel efficient. In line with this, the bike is also geared up with a remapped Programmed Dual Sequential Fuel Injection system (PGM-DSFI) which is installed to complement its new cylinder. The result is an accessible power delivered at low rpm making it more rideable under most situations. Similar to other sportbike, CBR1000RR HRC is designed to exhibit aggressive riding position and racing ergonomics. The foot pegs are moved with about 10mm backward with a taller bubble screen and wide handle bars for a sporty look and feel. CBR1000RR HRC comes in three color combination racing graphics which are red, blue and white found on its visor, fairings and fenders. Its like the color of the USA map that makes it so attractive on the road. Some Features of Honda CBR1000RR HRC:

  • 999cc liquid-cooled inline four-cylinder
  • Honda Electronic Steering Damper
  • Big Piston Fork Front Suspension
  • LCD Instrumentation with lap timer
  • Die-cast aluminum twin-spar frame

Test Riding 2015 Honda CBR1000RR HRC

Wrapped out in a more dynamic bodywork, Honda CBR1000RR HRC has an upgraded frame, engine and suspension which are developed from the prime materials using modern technology. In line with this Honda also worked on revising the suspension, installing LCD instrumentation and, last but not least, remapping the PGM-DSFI to fit the bike’s new cylinder. With this, power and performance are slightly revised making the super sports bike smooth and user friendly. CBR1000RR HRC felt so strong because of its fair low curb weight at 440.9 pounds. Low to mid-range is punchy yet the bike remains under control while smooth response is felt when squeezing the throttle in tight corners.
