Honda XR 400 R review

We went to test the Honda XR 400 R with reviews in mind.

Honda XR 400 R had shown us a great ride and impression being the only 400cc four-stroke of the time with excellent low to mid-range power. It features slim body, good ergonomics and tight steering, soft suspension and comfy seats which all aids for a comfortable whole day riding. XR 400 R is a state-legal bike performs very well on trails and it provides adequate power to get going for more action. The bike is not an e-start but kicks over easily. Its powerful engine and decent suspension help us to make the most out of the trail bike. We were shocked on how the bike approached corners easily and soaked up bumps. The Honda XR is really designed to withstand abuse from the trails. It will even save you from the tightest trail thanks to its 5-speed transmission. We find Honda among the most user-friendly trail bikes. Its power is easy to control with proven reliability and strength on the trail. It will definitely give anyone a good riding experience though its not much of a race bike. Seat is comfortable and firm that made us at ease on a long trail test. All controls are doable however we recommend minimal care to keep functional for many years.
