Kawasaki Z800 ABS Review

After Kawasaki released its middleweight naked street fighter, we didn’t waste our chance to test it on highways. No doubt; its the most aggressive bike among the Kawasaki sports bike line with is well engineered body and parts it has the menacing face. Its abundant power and torque, good fueling and smooth throttle response made our ride a worthy experience. The wet clutch along with shifting action gave us relaxed rides, smooth stops and ease of short shifting through the six-speed gearbox. ZX800 has fair seat height of 32.8 in which provide easy reach to the ground. Sporty riding position was achieved by its firm saddle on both sides, highly positioned pegs and forward reach to grab the flat wide handlebars. It has enough space for our legs and its tank cutouts can accommodate tall riders. As we go on a twisted road on a mountainside, our revs exceed to 6000rpm and the engine’s vibrations become slightly noticeable on the handlebars and seat. During our ride, the ninja claimed a 75mph as indicated on its LCD dashboard. Power delivery is linear all the way to the red line @ 12,200rpm. Cornering is manageable and worry free. Doing a wheelie may abuse the clutch ability to handle the pressure. Also, we found no flaws on its ABS system as we go along the highways and even on streets. If you are after the bikes extreme road performance and fun, the Kawasaki ZX800 ABS personality will give the best bang for your buck.
